Gayle Ray

The Museum Shop is happy to feature jewelry designer Gayle Ray as the October Artist-of-the-Month. Gayle’s jewelry is created with an eye to unique color and texture combinations. Semi precious stones, sterling silver, soft flex wire and blessings are combined to create unique pieces with the intention of bringing peace and harmony to those that experience it.

Tuesday - Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday 1 - 5 p.m.

The Museum is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

If Asheville City Schools are closed, the Museum will open at noon if weather permits.

If the weather is too hazardous, the Museum may close for the day and the Museum
phone message at 828.253.3227 will be updated as soon as that decision is made.

Admission

Adults: $8.00

Students (K-12 and college students with valid school ID) & Seniors (65+): $7.00

Children under age 5: Free

Additional fees may apply for selected exhibitions.

Group Discounts

To arrange adult tours, please contact the Adult Education department at 828.253.3227,
ext.120. For student tours contact the Education Department at 828.253.3227 at 122 or 121.

Take Exit 5A Merrimon Avenue. At the light turn left onto Merrimon Avenue (the street will
