Please join us for this wonderful film about the artist Joseph A. Fiore (1925 – 2008) whose dynamic paintings and drawings are included in Asheville Art Museum collections and exhibitions, including Lasting Gifts, currently on view in the North Wing. Fiore, who studied at Black Mountain College in 1946 and later taught at the school from 1949 – 1956, is known for his colorful abstractions of landscapes.
