Cynthia Bringle (03/14/1939- ) is a ceramics artist. She gained her formal education at Rhodes College, The Memphis Academy of Art and Alfred University. Bringle's works are in the permanent collections of the High Museum of Art, the Mint Museum of Art, R.J. Reynolds, the Brooks Memorial Art Gallery, and the Craft and Folk Art Museum in Los Angeles, California. She exhibited at the Mint Museum in Charlotte in 1971 and 1973. Bringle was a part of ''U.S.A.: Portrait of the South" in Rome (1984). In 1986, she and sister Edwina Bringle hosted the ''Bringle & Bringle'' exhibition at Vanderbilt University, and in October, 1991, Bringle participated in a two person show at the Folk Art Center in Asheville. In 1996 she was named to the board of the North Carolina Pottery Center.
