Mary Endico (1954- ) has been a professional watercolorist for over 20 years. Currently she is a signature member of Knickebocker Artists, the National Watercolor Society, the North East Watercolor Society, the Kentucky Watercolor Society and the Salmagundi Club in New York. Her work is exhibited nationally and internationally in juried museum and gallery competitions in which she has won numerous awards. She has been a guest lecturer, juror and watercolor demonstrator as well as artist consultant for D'Arches fine art papers. Her mastery of direct wet approach produces brilliant expressions of color and design. Endico's innovative technique establishes new standards of excellence in a difficult and challenging medium. Her paintings combine the abstract with the traditional to achieve a unique style in any environment. Her work is in many public and private collections throughout the U.S. and in 21 countries, including the Kentucky Art Museum and the Asheville Art Museum.
