Elizabeth Jayne Peak (1952- ) was born in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Her family lived all over the world when she was growing up, which provided her with inspiration for her prints and drawings. She is noted for having a precise technique and compelling vision. She is a master of geometric form; her subjects are usually landscapes and interiors. Her landscapes, which range from rural to urban, often portray mankind's relationship to the landscape.
