Suzanne Davis ( - ) is a weaver-designer who maintains a studio in Anderson, SC and an office in Atlanta, GA. She received her B.A. in Art History at Emory University and has also undertaken graduate work at Indiana University and the University of Georgia. She has traveled extensively in most European countries and has worked in the Graphics Ateller in Paris, France with painter J. Friedlander. A recipient of the 1975 SC Art in Architecture Award, her works have been in public exhibitions in Washington, DC, New York, Columbia, SC. Greenville, SC and Atlanta, GA. Davis is a member of the Guild of South Carolina Artists, the American Crafts Council and the World Crafts Council.
