The Asheville Art Museum annually presents an exciting, inviting and active schedule of exhibitions and public programs based on its permanent collection of 20th and 21st century American art. Any visit will also include experiences with works of significance to Western North Carolina’s cultural heritage including Studio Craft, Black Mountain College and Cherokee artists. Special exhibitions feature renowned regional and national artists and explore issues of enduring interest. The Museum also offers a wide array of innovative, inspiring and entertaining educational programs for people of all ages. |

Registration Now Open for Holiday Arts Extravaganza Camp!
The Asheville Art Museum, celebrating its 60th anniversary, invites you to take a break over the holidays and sign your art enthusiasts in Grades 1 – 4 up for one or all three days of fun during the Holiday Arts Extravaganza Camp on December 29, 30 and 31, 2008 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. each day. Admission to the Museum and all supplies are included with cost. Cost per day is $15 for Members and $18 for non-Members. Join the Museum today and receive 10% off a family Membership. Just add $64 to your Holiday Arts Extravaganza registration and receive the Members’ discount for this and all other Museum programs for a year!
