Last of the Mohicans Print
2:00pm - 5:00pm

last_of_the_mohicansDECEMBER 5 + 6 - Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 p.m

This 1992 romantic epic film starring Daniel Day-Lewis takes place during the French and Indian War. It was partly filmed in Western North Carolina's Chimney Rock Park and many Cherokee residents were extras in the film. Based on James Fenimore Cooper's 1826 novel, it's a classic!

Held in conjunction with the exhibition Cherokee Carvers: Tradition Renewed.
