The
Asheville
Art Museum offers Summer
Art Camp to rising Kindergarten through 12th grade students. Enrollment
is
limited and pre-registration is required. Registration includes
admission to
the Museum and all materials necessary for each class. Classes are held
in the
bright and spacious studio of the Museum's WNC Art Resource
Center. Each class will
visit the Museum's galleries to inspire creativity. Students may sign up
for
morning, afternoon or all-day sessions. All-day students will have a
supervised
lunch break.

Morning Session: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. MIXED MEDIA MADNESS
Students will experiment with drawing, painting and unusual
materials to find out what happens when you put them together.
Afternoon Session:
1:30 - 5:00 p.m. ART ADVENTURE
Students will explore a variety of two- and three-dimensional
materials and techniques such as drawing, painting, printmaking and
sculpture
to create fantastic masterpieces
