Join us for another fun AmiciMusic program featuring some great works for two violins and piano. Violinists Emmanuel Borowsky, from Baltimore, and Glen Mouat, from Scotland, join Daniel Weiser, pianist and artistic director in this concert that includes the incredible Double Violin Concerto by J.S. Bach along with works by Rebecca Clarke, Shostakovich, Frolov, and Moszkowski. All the pieces feature intricate and virtuosic interplay between the violins in a constant musical dialogue with the piano as well.
Concert-goers are invited to explore the Museum before the concert. Exhibitions halls will close at 6pm to allow time for seating and refreshments at the Perspective Café Pop-Up Bar in the Windgate Foundation Atrium.
