The North Carolina Arboretum’s ninth annual Mountain Science Expo takes place Wednesday, October 21 and Thursday, October 22, 9:30am–3pm. This year’s Expo, originally scheduled for the spring, is going virtual this fall! Join us online for a two-day summit of interactive programs and activities for students and their families.
Join the Museum’s youth educators for From Daguerreotypes to Digital: Science and Technology Innovations in Photography on Thursday, 1:30–1:55pm.
Community Events
Community events are offered during the year in conjunction with the Museum's Collection, exhibitions, and other special events. Activities may include performances, guided tours, demonstrations, or hands-on studio projects. Community events are open to all ages and abilities; no reservations required.
