Join us for a Members-Only Celebration at the Asheville Art Museum On the Slope!
Please note that this celebration is for members of the Asheville Art Museum — if you are not a member, we encourage you to stop by, sign up for membership and join the festivities! You may also join online or call 828.253.3227.
During our celebration day, learn about membership benefits during the transition and be one of the first to sign up as a Make It New Member through a multi-year commitment. This day is also the closing day of our Pop ‘n’ Op exhibition — and we are providing themed activities and informational presentations about the Museum all day long.
- 12:00 p.m. — Presentation by ARCA Design about the Museum’s major expansion and renovation project
- 1:00 p.m. — Tour of the Pop ‘n’ Op exhibition led by curatorial staff
- 2:00-4:00 p.m. — Printmaking for all ages in our studio
- 4:30 p.m. — Learn about the future of the Museum’s Collection in a presentation by our curatorial staff
- 5:30 p.m. — Presentation by ARCA Design about the Museum’s major expansion and renovation project
Join for light refreshments, a raffle, hourly giveaways, face painting, an “Andy Warhol”-inspired photo booth, and optical illusion activities.
