Volunteer Educator Program
Volunteer educators give tours to Museum visitors, primarily for school-aged and student groups but also for groups of all ages, from across the country and around the world. Click here to learn more.
Visitor Services
Our Visitor Services volunteers greet visitors, assist with admissions, answer questions and provide information, and direct Museum visitors.
Museum Store
Our Museum Store volunteers greet visitors, assist with sales, answer questions and provide information, and direct Museum visitors.
Special Events
Special event volunteers work with Museum staff to organize, promote, set-up, monitor, and/or clean-up special events at the Museum. Events include exhibition openings/previews, walking tours, social events (TOAST Asheville, Museum Gala), and more.
Education
Education volunteers assist Learning + Engagement staff, interns, contractors, and other volunteers with programs for families, adults, and educators.
